• Digital materials have not been substantially downloaded or distributed
• Program access has not exceeded more than 3 sessions of use
• Consultation services have not been rendered

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

• Completed consultation sessions
• Programs accessed for more than 3 sessions
• Materials downloaded or redistributed to third parties
• Program access after the 14-day refund window

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us at info@shiningwhfilteri.world with your order information and reason for refund request. Upon approval, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

4. Cancellation of Monthly Programs

Monthly subscription programs may be cancelled anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. No refunds are provided for unused portions of the current month.

5. Payment Issues

6. No Guarantee of Results

Refunds are based on program access and purchase eligibility, not on results or satisfaction with outcomes. We provide educational frameworks; your results depend on individual effort, consistency, and other personal factors.
